Home is place of our 1st interaction, in home we as human learn about our 1st personality. A great human come from good family. Education from family especially parents and family circumstances make personality for someone. In home we are being introducted with how become human, although not 100 percent come from human but it be the most part of our personality.

How to become a new leader? New leader is create from child. And for the most part when we were child, we spent our time with family, so good family make a good human. Child always follow their parents or the older person who they admire. When parents to bad thing children also to the bad thing, and when parents do a good things children do that too. So to make your child be a good person, you must think, are you a good person too?

Many people miss a good leader, especially old people. Old people always dream when a good leader comes from young people. But, are the old people thing are they let the young people share they vision? No they arent. When you hope something you must think first. The expression of young peole is hold off, because they can shout off their think because covered of old people think, but is the old people think always right?

In Indonesia, many parents make their child always in home, and parents always think organization is for old people. Youngster can led the organization freely. Parents also always ban their child to do many things, such as join an organization. Because of that the inspiration from youngster is hold off because they affraid if they tell their inspiration they do the wrong things.

Parents have an obligation to educate the child and is responsible for the formation of the child's personality to establish good personal for the child, which of course required special treatment to children. And because of that as a parents you must not banned your child to do many things, respect the opinion of your child, make your child enjoy everywhere, always do the good thing in front of your child. Be a someone that respect anything, and have a respect from many people. Always support your child.

As parents, you must give your child attention and affection, give a courage to your child, not to much to expect your child and don't forget to give encouragement and advice to your children. Attention and affection that give must not be strict supervision of children in all the activities.

That things will bring good impact on children who among them children have much confidence, optimism, creativity is positive at the end of his personality and self-development.
