Great Leader and Great Family

A leader is a person that can lead, affect the true character, and creative to relize their goal. But, the true leader is a leader who can lead in any situation. Leadership ability is begin in a family, because we can feel how to be a leader like our father and how to be a good member. As we know that a family is lead by father. Why? Father is a person who can save us, teach the sience, and inspirit us.

Leadership is also begin in surroundings and learn us to lead many people. For example in a smaller scope such as in a family. In our family, we can learn about lead everyday and everytime because family always besides you in anytime. Leader is not born, but it is developed and it start from home. How the parents do it is affect how the children do. How they do is also how their behaviour and their attitude. A leader need good attitude to lead many people who have different behavour and then the leader can became someone that have respect from many people.

Besides being a parents and caring their children to adult, parents also have some tasks to their children. What the parents teach, it's what that the habit and behaviour their children. It’s because of the children always follow what their parents do and teach. For example, a father always using domestic violence in his family, then the children was grow up in harsh environment. So that children became a stubborn person. So, parents must learn their children a good attitude, good behaviour, and then the children have great attitude. The true leaders must have great behaviour to lead her/his member to get their goal in the next time.

Not only have good attitude to be a true leader, but also a leader should be a creative person. Monotonic person can affect your member so bored because you don’t have anything to change the bored situation. My father was creative person, he can do something to get a good, warm, and happy situasion in our beloved family. There are love and care in our little home. Love and care are something to we need in our organization or leadership. 

Unity, is a thing we need too in our leadership because if we don’t have this, split will occur.

So, we should be a great parents to develop our children became the true leader. When we was child, we can learn good attitude, creative person, love and care also unity in a little situation, it’s called a family. What was you learn when you as a child, it was what your behaviour too. Age is not a factor that can refuse you to became a leader.
