Elder brother/sister as a role model

Elder Brother/sister, it is a role model for younger brother - sister, why so? It can be reflected through a few things.first, we can see that there is definitely a brother trying to protect his sister from a variety of disorders and trials experienced by his sister. It was a reflection of the attitude of a good leader, because leaders are supposed to be nurturing its members, which in this context is his own sister members. Moreover, an older brother trying to make sure his brother was always doing things - a good thing is not that bad, this is done by way of advising sister slowly with the right approaching methods so that the brother can understand and finally do the right thing and not repeat mistakes that have done by him/her previously.

Elder brother/sister can use many ways that exist to lead him/her younger brother/sister, but the most important in the lead, an elder brother/sister must be a better moral leaders, elder brother/sister is a moral person must have a good moral person and moral manager, which means to lead his younger sister/brother he should have a good morals and character and also can provide a role model and always be able to communicate moral value. When a younger brother as a role model should consider a brother is always doing the right thing, instead of just exemplifies it - bad things like stealing, smoking,  etc. therefore, the author of the article suggest for everyone who plays older brother in the family, you should be able to lead and guide the younger brother - his brother properly and do not forget to be an example and to be the best role model. 

 Providing a role model is not as easy to just say it, to be a good role model for sure we must have a strong commitment to always do the right thing as much as possible and trying to influence the people around to be able to follow what we are doing as it should. if the commitment is held high enough that it takes more skill to be able to deliver advice to the younger, if high commitment but low skills to deliver advice, then maybe the younger brothers sister will ignore her brother's sister.i hope  This  leadership learning may benefit us all
