Discipline is one trait that is less embedded in the soul of the people in Indonesia. To be able to begin to cultivate a sense of discipline in the spirit of the people of Indonesia, we should conduct a micro approach, which is the main factor forming this personality, that critical factor is family. A family is a group that shaped by biological genetic, family is a factor that makes personality in the people, like the nature of good, moral behavior and much more. Therefore the role of the family to be able to inculcate discipline is very large, and in a family that can manage, give guidance, showing future is just a father, a family leader.

Father can begin to cultivate nature of the discipline as early as possible, it does seem easier for everyone, just to give direction to the child for doing everything disciplined, always reminding children to be disciplined, but in fact the level of discipline in Indonesia is still low. It was due to the lack of control that there can be true inculcate discipline in a child soul. The importance of a father's control system in instilling discipline nature to the child can be seen when the child grows older, then we can look whether his son would be a discipline or not. Controlling the child should not be taken too far, because all of the people in the world want freedom. In this case the control should be done by a father as leader of the family is in control of how much freedom held by a child. So expect freedom did not miss until a child can ruin his personality.

In the discipline of the child, the father should be proactive, father figure is needed by the children, the father proactive discipline that can build intimacy with the children, so that in addition to the nature of the discipline can be properly embedded in the soul of the child and the intimacy between family members was also formed . The conclusion is that a father in performing the task of leading his family must have a high spirit and sought to always proactive, finally the human beings who are born in that family can become a superior human being.
