The leader is the person who is believed to manage some things that have been entrusted to him. With all his capabilities he believes that people who choose him, they will follow rules have defined although it takes time.

Some people say that  leadership is there because of training, that is when once they grow up, and after they pass through a variety of experiences, but is not so ” When humans were born, they had already been given leadership ability. As they grew up we could see it in their behavior. For example when a 4 years old boy watched TV displaying a foot ball match. There was a captain who could be an inspirator to maka a goal and motivate his friends in the field. The boy saw it, then he told to his family and friends that he wanted to be like the captain he saw in TV. From his statement, we could analize that leadership ability had already been owned since their were in childhood without waiting them to be adult. So, leadership ability develop along with age/maturity because of experiences they had

Every leader has a different character in carrying out his duties. With all these differences are those who succeed and those that fail to develop the tasks assigned to him. Two types of leaders that we can make an example :

1. autocratic leader is a leader who prefers make their own decisions than democration. His leadership could include the following  :
Have the absolute authority
Formulate ideas without help request to subordinate
Demonstrate one-way communication
Less of socialization to subordinate
assume organization is own
His core he is more concerned with the success of the organization but did not pay attention to his subordinates. behavior as it will not work this time to success because by relying on their own ability to develop the task will not be done well.

2. Democratic leader is a leader who prefer make their decisions based on democratic. Democratic leaders appreciate a lot of opinions for showing the creativity of each of his subordinates. His leadership could include
Glad to accept the opinion of any member
Make decisions based on democratic
Prioritize cooperation in completing goals
More socializing with subordinates so knowing the grievances of subordinates, to motivate the members over zealous in carrying out its duties
Communication ongoing reciprocal
The responsibilities together

Overall the present democratic leadership is a widely used, because in achieving the ultimate goal jointly bear responsibility. Kreative ideas will emerge from each member because leader giving freedom of speech. To be a good leader should be :

1) A leader must be fair and honest.
2) Democratic and partisipan .make the decisions based on democratic. not easily give up and always participate in every decision that has been established
3) Insightful and hard work,it mean have accuracy, intelligence , he worked hard to find a solution that quickly and appropriately to resolve the problem.
4) open to the subordinate adn sosialis, With a sense of family, that is the leader understands his subordinates to not only impose its own opinion ,so his followers be eager to work.

if I am elected to be a leader in a group consist of few people, then I was faced with a choice in which some of my friends want one removed from the group because we are not serious, then I will motivate them by saying "if you want a goal you achieved with good, then you must cooperate, if you together, emerging solutions will also be various kinds, because each person has a different idea.
