Jakarta, city of blinding light, city which full of people, business city and also busiest city in Indonesia. That is beauty fact of Jakarta, but when there is beauty fact it must have bad fact. Jakarta is the dirtiest city in Jakarta, very bad traffic,  which can delay the activity, the dustiest city in Jakarta, and also Jakarta's people dont have good manner.

Every person want to live, work and visit good city, but is Jakarta good city? No, at now. Jakarta  isnt good, because of the traffic and the rubish which Jakarta have. What must Jakarta do to rid the traffic? Jakarta must make a good system and also rules, such as when Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday people who have a car must ride a car which has odd number and when Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday must ride a car which has even number.

The condition which make Jakarta doesnt comfortable to live is people in Jakarta doesnt really have a good manner. The people must study to know what other person want, how to learn what rules is for and what happen if they break the rules. Most of people in Jakarta doesnt have that knowledge because the government doesnt really care about them. Government should be tell all of the people what the rules are and the government must remake the rules with a rational think. When someone break the rules the punishment which they get must rational.

The punishment when someone break the rules isnt rational, as the example, when someone smoking in the banished area, that person must pay two million rupiah. Is that rational to think? No it isnt. I think the government must remake that rules again, rules which can accept by people, and the government must notificating all the person what, when, where and how the rules for. The good rules is the rules which everyone understand and follow the rules. The good rules also make the people give up when they break it.

And the last thing that must be done for government is appreciate the people who doesnt break rule and the people who remember the other person when they break the rule, the government also must placing the guard and its easy to hear when we call “ satpam, polisi penjaga and rule keeper “. They must see what rules that someone break and give the punishment exactly when and where they break the rule. But they must be choose wisely because when they who beeing choosen doesnt act wise, the people trust of the government is destroy again.

What must Jakarta do in the other hand beside the government which from the people. People who leave, study, work and visit Jakarta mustnt obey the rules. They must follow the rules, what must and musnt thing to do must be learn by the people. Increase the caring feel with the place where they place. And also Jakarta people must keep clean wherever they are. What I think, Jakarta people must do  cleaning routine in betawi's language its called “ Kerja Bakti “ which mean clean the Jakarta area wherever they leave. The last thing to say, if we want Jakarta became good or the best city to live and visit, we must change ourselve, not break the rule which government make and also be brave to explain what is the good thing to do for the people which break the rule. If we want change now? What will Jakarta be tomorrow?
