Learning from Adolf Hitler

in our study of the leadership theory, there is  so often mentioned that a leader can be born or can also be formed. In this article I will post a review of someone who was actually born as a leader who has the natural talent to lead and influence people around them.

Adolf Hitler, a figure autocratic leader who is often referred as the cruelest dictators ever. He was born in Braunauam, Austria on 20 April 1889. In his childhood, he dreamed to become a famous painter. But his dream did not come true until the end.  And he also facing the unfortunate bankruptcy.  after the last inheritance of his father, he decided to move to Munich, Germany.  His transferal to Munich make him free from military duty in Austria.

At the time of the first world war, that german participate in it. during the world war adolf hitler petitioned to the king ludwig III Bavaria to join the army, and it was granted. after that Hitler joined a small party  called German workers party that will eventually leads by him.  In this party hitler leading talent can be channeled. He gave a speech to the people to move against the Jews because of the agreement versailess deemed unfair and caused great losses to the Germans.

at the time of rampant inflation, the German economy and society undergo degeneration tortured. and at the moment Adolf Hitler arise and become the German people hopes of adversity. And the party that he entered before has been led by him and that party was renamed into Nazi. with the economic downturn Adolf Hitler tried to inspire the people with fiery speeches that ultimately influence people and also have very many followers in his party.

Hitler was a charismatic leader that can get public sympathy. And he have the natural ability to lead.  adolf hitler have an intelligent thought in the campaign and also have a vision that can affect people. Hitler was a leader with a very high confidence. thing that is rare to find in the soul of the leaders in Indonesia at the moment. but if we have a good vision and confidence we can have the higher chances to success. The decision abou the timing of the campaign made when society is going down is a reflection of the intelligence of a Hitler who only graduated from elementary school. I hope this study can be a valuable lesson for all of us, that leaders are born must have a natural talent and should be used wisely and developed in order to make things a lot better.
