in the lead and led, inevitably everyone has their hallmark - respectively. and every leader must also have different leadership qualities. leaders who are in Indonesia I think is still seldom have a good enough quality. therefore, in this article I will give you a little lesson from a great leader who once owned by our nation. I figured General Soeharto as our learning figure , he is a president that have Strong and forceful and frequently  in the view of public  said that he is a dictator who does not think about the fate of the people. but certainly the thought behind all of the nature and character of Suharto there must be some lessons to be learned from the figure of H.M Soeharto.

General Soeharto does have a strong character and hard military based, but behind all that he has very strong leadership and quality in leading this nation for more than 31 years and make Indonesia has some good development. it can be realized by the nature of the firm and focus on the development of the country of Indonesia.

in realizing his vision he using a variety of approaches. either through regulations made and also a way to communicate directly with people. Suharto did the green revolution in Indonesia is to be rice self-sufficient because of hunger and poverty is that struck people in Indonesia. it may reflect that Suharto is a leader who can make the right decisions to resolve the problem that occurred in society.

Other things that are interesting in the way of soeharto leading  style that he is a charismatic leader. so in his glory periode , our country was respected  Internationally  and also gain some valuable appreciation . So in the conclusion we can learn from the way soeharto leads Indonesia. And the  things that we can learn is to become communicative to the member  of the group but remains assertive in implementing the rules, focus on doing something, and can make decisions according to what is expected by the environment .
