Communicative Leader

Communication is the thing that is often overlooked by leaders, especially in Indonesia. The growth of technology in the last decade is very rapid,  so the communication tools that used by people are also more varied. Therefore, now a day communication that occurs between people can be done anywhere and so easily to access. That phenomenon also reducing the frequency of verbal communication between us.

In dealing with the phenomenon of the lack of verbal communication, I will give a little review about the importance of verbal communication. Verbal communication is actually the best kind of personal communication in the relationships between people. because of the presence of verbal communication that everyone can communicate in many different ways, specifically through verbal conversation, expression, body gestures, etc. in other words the most traditional type of communication is very good communication and may show what is perceived by the other person, such as feelings of passionate, sad, happy, angry, etc. In the process of leading, communication is a very important factor and must be considered by the leaders, because when a group wanted to do job effectively and efficiently without the support with good communication it is likely that the outcome is will be not the best results.  

there is a case that we often encounter in Indonesian society. The case is about so many leader who thinks its members as a robot. This is not just nonsense. because the phenomenon is really happening in our country. The purpose of the figure is usually the leader just said task after task and override the interests of members, and the most of the members in a group are afraid to express his/her  wants and opinion to the leader. Talking about conditions like this we should have a lot to learn, in order to respect could be established between the leader and the people who led.  Leader should understand that the members have full confidence to Him / Her. Therefore, a leader must threat the members absolutely as human beings in order to understand each other and have a good communications, so it could be  the quality of the team / group to be much better.

Communication like that can be realized by multiplying the verbal communication with its members, taking into account the intent and will of the members, and strive to always be there as a role model and guidance. if this type of good communication was true implemented, then it would be more communicative leader respected by its members, there is no gap between the leader and people who led will be sustainable improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of the work. Thus my little review about the communicative leader may be useful for all.
