Leader of My Dream and My Expectation

Indonesia. Kurang dari setahun negara tanah tumpah darah kita yang tercinta ini akan menyelenggarakan gelaran akbar lima tahunan, Pemilihan Umum. Sosok pemegang kendali yang baru akan segera muncul memimpin Republik ini untuk menggantikan sosok lama yang sudah lemas otot – ototnya setelah 10 tahun memegang jabatan mahaberat ini.

Pemimpin baru. Ya, pemimpin baru yang akan memimpin negara ini. Seperti apa kira – kira sosoknya kelak? Sefrontal Soekarno? Semoderat Gus Dur? Sekeras Soeharto? Apakah si pemimpin baru tersebut nanti bisa membuktikan diri bahwa dia adalah sang pemimpin impian?
Bangsa ini butuh sosok seorang pemimpin impian. Dalam pandangan saya sebagai seorang young Indonesian yang cukup peduli terhadap sejarah dan situasi kekinian di negara ini,  pemimpin yang dapat memenuhi kualifikasi tersebut adalah pemimpin yang mampu dengan wibawanya mendapat respek sempurna dari rakyatnya. Pemimpin yang mampu dengan intelektualitasnya mengambil langkah – langkah sempurna. Pemimpin yang mampu dengan keteguhan imannya menyalurkan intelektualitasnya ke arus yang positif. Pemimpin yang lebih menyeimbangkan akal dan nafsunya. Pemimpin yang bisa tunduk pada kedaulatan rakyat dan konstitusi negara, tapi bisa menjadi keras kepala dan sulit diatur oleh pihak luar yang berusaha terlalu jauh masuk ke internal negara. Kalau kata orang Jawa, Pemimpin yang tidak gampang “di-plokotho”.

Pemimpin impian harus mampu berdiri di atas semua golongan, mengutamakan kepentingan keseluruhan lapisan masyarakatnya. He is the Messiah. Pemimpin yang masih mampu berdiri dan menyelamatkan bangsanya walaupun dia harus berjalan dalam kelompok yang kecil, bahkan sendirian. Dan yang paling penting, dia harus menyatu dengan negara ini. Bukan cuma sekedar kenal, tapi menyatu.
Ekspektasi saya kepada pemimpin yang akan naik tahta tahun depan tidak semuluk-muluk penjabaran tentang harapan saya tentang sosok pemimpin impian. Saya tidak berharap sang pemimpin impian akan datang tahun depan, karena bagi saya itu tidak realistis. Mungkin dia akan datang 10 atau 15 tahun lagi. Saya hanya berharap pemimpin yang akan datang bisa jujur,  fair, terbuka, dan bisa merebut kepercayaan masyarakat yang sekarang sudah terlanjur hilang terhadap kondisi kepemimpinan bangsa saat ini. Itu saja.

What is a leader?
Who like to organize everything? who likes to lead in every activity? who likes to get out to the people?

Then, what is the function of a leader?
The change in order to become something better? be an example for the his or hers inferiors? there should be a place where great ideas and a remarkable firmness?

In life, we obviously need a leader. We need leaders to lead ourselves. Everything, we need a mover (leader) for our lives. Yes, we are a leader.

Our leaders?

Leaders do not all have to be official anyway. Just look at the life and ourselves, we lead our own lives, right? directing too right? means we are the leaders.

Society always has hope, has the ideal leader, that has good behaviors such as assertive, authoritative and fair. Society always dream the real figure of a true leader. Always dreamed of someone who is really a leader. But it turns out, the leader of this country are still many who have not been able to match expectations. Still floating and do not know what the outcome ..

Nobody is perfect. Including the leader. Leaders also must have doing mistake. Because humans can not be separated from the name of a sense of "wrong". However, the state "must have got the wrong leader" was not too instrumental in leading the system leaders in Indonesia. Right?

Leader in Indonesia. Good character but more strangely silent on the move. Spread more promise than repair. Although not all of them, but most are like that. Their consciousness that they hold a large mandate? bring people's welfare in his shoulder.

As a public good, we should also support the government and ourselves as leaders. As a good community, we also ought to assist the government in making a repair. Not only enjoy the results and wait. Governments need help here

Here are some criteria to be ideal leaders and ideal society.

Characteristics of an Ideal Leader

1. High-spirited social
Because people need to be approached and heard. Gave a speech "we'll help" directly will make people consider that we are a good leader. Bottom line, listen and also appreciate the concern for the environment and, community leaders directly rather go work to the field of the leaders who sat but did a good thing though.

2. Always keep promises
It's obvious. The ideal leader is the promise which was given fast even during the campaign period. As if to give good hope for the area over  more.

3. Always be fair
Such leaders are always sought after. People always want a fair leader. Evenly and not targeting a specific area of ​​the other. Evenly and precisely.


Ideal leader much coveted by the public. Who is the true leader? If we look from a little above characteristics. Then maybe the character will only fit on Prophet Muhammad himself. Because he is in addition to religious leader at that time, he was also a community leader for the Muslim, Jewish, and Christian in Medina.

That statement’s Umar ibn Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), after being appointed as Khalifah. The people who has the leadership same as Umar ibn Al Khattab, is the leader of my dream and my expectation. A leader is some who recognizes his weaknesses and is not afraid to admit them.  His priority is the well-being of his people, not his ego.  Most importantly, he turns to Allah for help in fulfilling his responsibility and does not solely rely on himself. 

We frequently talk about the amazing leadership of Umar (RA), but rarely pay attention to the things that made him the leader he was.  We all have great potential, we simply have to follow the formula for success laid out by our illustrious predecessors.

Under the leadership of Umar ibn Al-Khattab Islam spread widely not by the sword but by virtue of its beauty, simplicity, transparency, openness and the leadership provided by him. Another reason for the rapid growth of Muslim community was the conversion of some high-placed religious personalities from among the Jewish and the Christian communities. These religious personalities saw Islam as a continuation and affirmation of the Abrahamic faith. Ardkun, the Bishop of Damascus, accepted Islam after the Islamic armies entered the city under Khalid bin Walid. The followers of Ardkun became attracted towards the new faith and became Muslim. The chief administrator of the city of Shata in Egypt, famous for its textiles manufacturing, left his town with two thousand men and went to city of Damietta where the Muslim army was camped and embraced Islam with his followers. 

During the time of Umar ibn Al-Khattab, the non-Muslims enjoyed freedom of religion. They were free to perform their religious rites, ring bells to start their religious ceremonies, take out the Cross in procession and hold religious fairs. Even treaties were signed during the time of Umar ibn Al-Khattab with non-Muslims that guaranteed freedom of religion. The writ of Hudhaifa bin al-Yaman to people of the region of Mahdinar says, "They shall not be required to change their religion, nor shall any interference be made in their religious practices."  Umar ibn Al-Khattab followed the principle of equality very strictly and would not tolerate any kind of distinction.

Umar ibn Al-Khattab always favored individual freedom and self-respect. By word of mouth and through his writings he made it very clear that every human being was born free and no one should have to abase himself in front of others.

Umar ibn Al-Khattab used to end his speeches with following statement: "O God, let me not fall into an error, nor let me be called to account on unawares, nor let me fall into neglect." Umar ibn Al-Khattab's actions speak louder about his character, his integrity and his love for the people in the Muslim state. He made rounds at night to gauge and evaluate the condition of the people. His achievements are reflection of his life.

Baru saja aku tersenyum karena sebuah cerita lucu blog teman kuliah, aku terhenyak menyaksikan berita tentang kerusuhan yang terjadi pada KBRI di Jeddah yang dilakukan oleh para pahlawan devisa Indonesia, TKI. Lebih terhenyak lagi melihat berita di salah satu media online yang menyampaikan tanggapan dan himbauan SBY tentang kenaikan BBM. Seketika rasa keingintahuan sebagai seorang mahasiswa menghinggapi pikiran ini. 

Kenapa beliau tidak menyampaikan juga kesedihan dan keprihatinan terhadap masalah TKI di luar negeri saat itu, atau setidaknya tentang monorail Jakarta yang tak kunjung turun bantuan dari pemerintah pusat? Kenapa beliau tidak membahas tentang densus 88 yang kini mendapat sorotan tajam dari ulama dan banyak kalangan akan tindakan preventif berlebihannya yang menyebabkan mereka bisa membunuh terduga teroris sebelum diperiksa? Kenapa beliau tidak membahas tentang jatuhnya pesawat merpati yang (lagi-lagi) terjadi? Kenapa beliau tidak membahas banyaknya BUMN yang tetap merugi selama bertahun-tahun? Kenapa beliau tidak membahas alasan sembilan bahan pokok(sembako) negara kaya ini diimpor dari luar dan apa solusinya ke depan menghadapi semua ini? Kenapa beliau tidak membahas keprihatinannya atas sepak bola negara kita yang lagi-lagi terpuruk melawan belanda? Apakah beliau hanya peduli dengan topik yang mengancam kekuasaannya? Ataukah ia memang tidak tahu/peduli? Berbagai tanya dan keraguan menghinggapi pikiran saya ketika terfikir ini semua..

Namun semua kembali berlalu dengan sebuah kalimat di bibir teman yang kutanya tentang hal ini,” Beliau adalah presiden ketika terdesak, bukan ketika tenang. Bijaksana dan peduli pada hal yang membahayakannya, bukan pada hal yang dibutuhkan rakyatnya. Sudahlah, kita ini warga negara Indonesia, berharap pada pemimpin kita adalah jawaban bodoh. Maka mari kita belajar saja dan berkarya di luar negeri. Bila perlu mari berlomba untuk mengganti kewarganegaraan kita pada kepala negara yang peduli dengan rakyatnya. Di sana, tak perlu kita risau dengan hal-hal menyedihkan ini.” Aku tersenyum kelu. Aku adalah mahasiswa biasa yang setia pada agama dan negaranya. Aku seorang Indonesia yang percaya pada potensi besar negara kaya yang belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh pemimpin dan rakyatnya. Takkan sudi diriku jika harus mengganti kewarganegaraan. Aku tahu sampai saat inipun aku masih belum layak disebut sebagai orang Indonesia melihat kontribusiku pada negara yang belum ada sama sekali. Namun aku percaya akan masa depan cerah bangsa ini. Aku percaya pada prediksi para ekonom yang menyatakan 2025 indonesia akan menjadi negara dengan ekonomi kuat ke-7. Aku percaya masa itu akan tiba.

Bagiku saat itu akan tiba ketika Indonesia dipimpin oleh seorang pemimpin yang tepat. Kebetulan salah satu impianku adalah membantu dan memperbaiki pemerintahan di indonesia. Baik di luar pemerintahan sebagai warga sipil atau dari dalam sebagai orang pemerintahan. Tentunya saat itu aku sudah menjadi orang yang mapan secara finansial. Sehingga tak ada lagi alasan yang mampu membuat orientasi investasi pemerintahan untuk jangka panjang seperti perbaikan teknologi industi BUMN maupun kenaikan teknologi di bidang pertanian dan perikanan terhambat. Tentu saat itu presiden Indonesia adalah presiden yang mampu memetakan sektor strategis untuk pertanian, perikanan, dll. Tentu juga presiden saat itu adalah presiden yang berani melakukan investasi yang cukup besar di riset negara.  Ia mampu melakukan fungsi Planning-Organizing-Actuating-Controlling dng baik di negara ini. Sehingga negara ini mampu berdiri tegak di hadapan berbagai negara maju lainnya.

Harapanku bagi pemimpin Indonesia selanjutnya mungkin sederhana. Sesederhana hubungannya dengan tuhannya yang baik sehingga mampu menjadi contoh dan panutan bagi warga negaranya.  Sesederhana kedekatannya dengan warga negara yang membutuhkannya di daerah-daerah bermasalah. Sesederhana aktifnya ia memberi ceramah pada mahasiswa di kampus-kampus besar Indonesia minimal 3 bulan sekali. Sesederhana orientasi dan visinya yang jelas dan detail mau dibawa kemana negara indonesia yang belum pernah dipimpin pemimpin negara yang jelas selama ini. Sesederhana pemimpin yang mengawal langsung pemberantasan korupsi tanpa kompromi, tanpa adanya penolakan pada rencana panitia angket pajak dan kasus-kasus lainnya. sesederhana presiden yang mengerti kebutuhan rakyatnya di masa sekarang dan mempersiapkan investasi bagi generasi masa depannya. Sesederhana penyampaian aktifnya atas perasaan dan tindakannya menanggap[i berbagai kejadian yang terjadi di negaranya. Sesederhana presiden yang berusaha mencapai tujuan negara yang tercantum pada pembukaan UUD 1945. Sesederhana itu saja. Karena hal sederhana ini saja sudah mampu membuatku tenang dan bahagia. 

Sederhana..tapi bermakna...

  I agree if national exams removed from education, I think the national exams more harm than good
The most important is

1.       because as to determine the quality of a student was not of a few subjects. With educational system it, This education system does not also boost achievement indonesia in the eyes of the world . then, after research conducted by the global league tables, Indonesia is the second-lowest educational system with mexico and brazil.
2.       teaches students to cheat, they are afraid of not graduating so justify any means to pass, not to teach good character but instead make the child know the extent of fraud that can be done.
3.       also improper grading system, so is detrimental if a student is achievement does not pass for forgetting to fill any of the data. when the asked goverment  about it, and just say because they are less careful, that's not been good reason for a minister.
4.       the quality of education has not been the same for each region.
5.       many acts of corruption, the funds provided for the national exams with billions still there is uneven distribution, if the funds are used to improve the education system, such as its facilities and laboratories for experimentation. will further help students.
6.        announcement of a national exam that can also bring misfortune.
after graduating, taught students to crime, as do street chaos, painting clothes, donated than throw

In my opinion, Indonesia, better National Examination did not proceed, because:
1)      Every child is unique. I think the basic lesson is necessary, but teachers must also consider the advantages of each student. with the national exam, students are required to master all subjects and tend to not focus on the lesson that he should have an interest and excel in it. Excess - excess students become less unnoticed because in the social environment a person who does not pass the national exam to say stupid, but if the excess in the noticed and given more motivation, this child will thrive.
2)       Students become depressed. Haunted by a sense of not passing the National Exam causes students lack confidence, do not believe what is taught by teachers and eventually cheat. This distress awoke from accumulated lessons to be learned, the additional hours and little time to relax. could have been a result of this distress, even good students can not answer questions well and ultimately did not pass.
3)       Three school years are not comparable with the only pass the National Exam. If education for 3 years only established through the National Exam, then the school is useless. Then disband just schools, let students learn at their own way. The important thing is if he felt his ability was enough, he could follow the National Examination and obtain a diploma from the state if they pass. It's easier and cheaper of course.
4)      Which perform selection should not the state but the market. The market of SMA is college, let those who do the selection. Home school graduating students will definitely get into trouble because their students will not pass the college entrance exams. While SMK is a world market for labor, which is not capable graduates will not get jobs. It is more fair because the judge based on market needs. That way students will not only pursue the National Examination only.

5)      In the test should not students but teachers and schools. during a student has not graduated from the school, the student is the responsibility of the teacher and the school. Better to select countries with good potential - future teachers. Not only selecting their knowledge but also their teaching and their attitudes. Countries should also establish a rule or system of teaching and school management. The rules are general rules that must be followed to prevent the teaching system performing well. it is also the state should tighten supervision on the school because the school is the very foundation of the nation's potential successor. What is taught to them that shaped their future.

The Reasons are :

1.       Education was not fun anymore. Students just crammed exercise questions facing un. Nothing more than a school tutoring is just getting good grades and no longer character. Children no longer trained creativity and imagination.
2.       UN that the end result will be used as the basis for selection into further education also does not guarantee fairness for students.
3.       UN result is also used as the only instrument for determining graduation. This is a mistake. How many students who do not pass the exam in for three years are high achieving students. This is an injustice to the students. Injustice is at the final stage will cause severe psychological impact for students who do not pass.
4.       Schools also eventually feel a responsibility to ensure the students' graduation associated with better school credibility with the large number of students who pass the examination. Often schools and teachers make every effort to include a variety of fraud to ensure students graduating in the UN.
5.       Finally the Indonesian education that is already on the educational model by Paulo Freire criticized as banking education, which is a model of education that is not critical because it is directed to domestication, domestication, and social adjustment to the reality of the state of oppression, will increasingly be at the alarming condition. Students just become robots, uncreative trash and with the emergence of a new target in the world of education that is passed in the UN. 1. Function Of Final Examination
          This is the most make every student who followed the UN had the name "stress". What are we doing for years just determined his fate for hours. Very WRONG if a passing grade is one of the functions of the UN.

2. Indonesia consists of thousands of islands
          Java and Papua, facilities and infrastructure in Java are far superior to Papua. But the numbers remain the same graduation standards so normal that in Papua who do not pass a lot more than in Java. So very WRONG if UN made ​​a passing grade. The graduation standards should be determined by each region or determined by each school.
3. Learning to pass
          According to the UN functions as a passing grade, so students are required to study for a high score and pass. So that almost all students will probably forget a lot of lessons in high school when they were in college. Saya setuju dengan diadakannya national examination tetapi dengan adanya modification, karena jika national examination tidak diadakan, maka kita tidak dapat melihat tingkat kualitas pendidikan kita. Tetapi dalam faktanya dengan diadakannya National Examination ini juga tidak dapat menentukan  kualitas dari para siswanya karena kita lihat saja banyak soal-soal yang beredar sebelum national examination tersebut dimulai, dan jika sistem tersebut tidak segera dibenahi maka bakal banyak para calon-calon koruptor yang timbul. Maka dari itu national examination ini harus diadakan namun harus ada modifikasi pada sistem yang diterapkan, karena sistem yang lalu-lalu  dirasa belum maksimal untuk diterapkan. Sistem yang harus dibenahi salah satunya adalah sistem pengamanannya, karena dengan adanya sistem pengamanan yang ketat, maka akan sulit jawaban dari national examination ini untuk “jebol”, tetapi itu juga harus didukung dengan kesadaran diri dari pihak-pihak yang bersangkutan. Sistem dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan siswa yang diambil juga tidak hanya ditentukan dengan national examination ini saja, tetapi nilai-nilai yang masuk seperti nilai perilakunya, nilai ujian-ujian di sekolahnya, dan nilai-nilai yang lain juga dapat dijadikan patokan dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan siswa.

I agree that national examination to be stopped,  and from my perspective the reasons are:

1. The first thing to build and prepare from our young generation is moral. We knows cheating is like a cultures for some of us,and its like majority of us. Environment, behaviour, paradigm about which wrong which is right mostly causing it and thats the first thing to change from our country
 2. The solution provided by government for problems in each years of national exam isnt have a significant increasement especially in the last 3 years. Adding more packages, increase the standard mark will not stop cheaters and it will just give them more pressure because their morality and seriousness in school is very low.
3. Some country especially superior country could produce hi-quality human resource eventhough without national exam. But not only superior country, even evolve country such as filipina doesnt hold national exam but produce human resource that also compete with ours. Just because we are an evolve country and we got lack of resource and facility, it doesnt mean we just keep calm. What we need to start is a well organized plan,resource,and facility to build a better event to test the quiality of our human resouce to be compete.
4. National exam for minority i mean those who are serious in school, upholds the principles of which is wrong which is right is a n event to prove their skill and they are worthed, but unfortately  for majority (those who prefer to cheat) is just an event that giving them pressure, destiny that determined in a week,  an event to devote efforts for 3 years and eventhough they are succed it doesnt prove their quality at all.

5. what actually we need due to test the quality of our human resource is improving our generations maturity, hard skill, soft skill, and moral and in my opinion it depends on how we begin and continue. Because the first teacher is parents, and they build their childs character, parents must well prepared to implant a good character on their children, and people must work together to build a condusive environment for young generation to grow  up.

Kekacauan pelaksanaan Ujian Nasional (UN) tingkat SMA dan SMP tahun ini tidak bisa diabaikan tanpa perubahan. Mengetahui kenyataan UN tingkat SMU di sebelas provinsi diundur lantaran keterlambatan pengiriman soal, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan langsung menuai bermacam kritikan. Dalam Rapat Kerja antara Komisi X DPR RI dengan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan kemarin, menghasilkan beberapa catatan kritis. Misalnya, Mendikbud didesak mempertimbangkan kembali syarat kelulusan dan masuk perguruan tinggi menggunakan hasil UN.
Bahkan anggota komisi juga meminta adanya audit investigasi oleh Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan dalam penyelenggaraan UN. Soal polemik UN, Pengamat Pendidikan menyarankan kepada pemerintah agar segera membuat penelitian untuk menilai kembali pelaksanaan UN secara menyeluruh. Hal itu penting untuk mengetahui di lini mana saja permasalahan itu terjadi.
"Menurut saya harus ada evaluasi total. Mulai dari DPR, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan, Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan, serta Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan” kajian ilmiah penting untuk mencari kelemahan sistem pelaksanaan UN. Hasil penelitian itu nanti berguna untuk menguak apakah sisi perencanaan, pencetakan, distribusi soal, atau pelaksanaan UN yang bermasalah.
Berdasar pengalaman, pelaksanaan UN setiap tahun memang tidak pernah bebas dari noda. Contohnya, ada saja kasus soal ujian tertukar di salah satu sekolah."Misalnya soal buat IPA masuk ke berkas IPS. Ini sudah biasa, bahkan dari tahun 1950-an," terangnya. Ketika persoalan itu muncul, maka pengawas ujian dituntut bertindak cepat membenahi masalah tersebut. Bahkan menurut dia, tahun ini di sekolah-sekolah yang tidak mengalami kendala pelaksanaan UN, sekitar 80 sampai 85 persen tidak bisa menjalani standar operasional prosedur pelaksanaan UN. "Namun, saat saya mengetahui ada provinsi yang pelaksanaan UN-nya mesti diundur, karena soal ujian terlambat, rusak, dan sebagainya, saya bertanya ada apa. Ini kekeliruan apa? Apakah soal perencanaan, pelaksanaan, atau evaluasi?,"
Namun demikian, kemelut UN tidak bakal mematahkan semangat para guru di tempat terpencil sekalipun. Guru tetap akan memperbaiki mutu pendidikan. Hanya saja, lanjut dia, ada perasaan di antara para pendidik yang mempertanyakan soal keabsahan soal UN. Lain soal jika Ujian Nasional tahun ini memang gagal dilaksanakan. Nah itu bisa saja mencederai semangat para pendidik.

UN adalah salah satu komponen dari beragam indikator buat mengukur tingkat pendidikan di Indonesia. Mutu pendidikan akan baik jika ditunjang kepemimpinan dan perencanaan yang baik.

Why National Exam should be banned
1. Students' success in learning should be measured from what they have learned and their learning process, not by specific test.
2. The potential and character of Indonesian students are not the same.
3. Uneven school facilities and infrastructure in Indonesia.
4. Leakage and cheating always happens in National Exam.
5. Students are not motivated to study.

“I want that national exam be modified” Because I think that there are so many things that can be considered to be able to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. With the significant positive modification of National Examination from year to year,it is expected that the national examination to become a facilities in the field of education that really work according to the intent and purpose of the functions that previously planned. There are some elements of the National Exam which must be modified. This is my opinion about the modification of National Examination :

1. distribution Control system in Indonesia is bad, and the secrecy  of the exam paper  disturbed, this can be changed by external control, by the firms or educational organization in Indonesia, so within the normal distribution of the unscrupulous who commit fraud will feel fear and deterrent.

2. Provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure to be able to do a good education, teaching and learning. Because national examination have the same standards in all region in Indonesia, but the infrastructure is distributed unfairly, so the remote and backward areas will be left behind, rather than catch up the quality of education in the better areas.

3. Holding admissions process and training for teachers throughout the region. So with the changes to the basic system, the quality of education in Indonesia can be increased, and the National Exam was not an issue for the students in Indonesian anymore.

4. Government evaluation which obviously practiced in the field, resulting in the implementation of the national exam because not only the type of course that going bigger and bigger, but also  the repair system by the government is better and better and realized .

5. System of government control to the entire rayon of national exam. so there will be no agreement between the schools in the district and impact the implementation of the National exam to be held tight and discipline. After that the possibility of cheating in the national exam can be reduced or even eliminated.


So maybe my opinion would be important / not national exam held in Indonesia

 My opinion on Indonesian National Examination
Statement : “I agree that UN to be modified
The reasons:

1.      Tha package which is available must be decreased, because with the mostly packages that are available now is not useful at all. As it won’t reduce the fraud that exist now.
2.      The exams questions that exist in the National Exam now must be changed to orally, not a written exam. Because it will reduce fraud and cheating among the governments and the students. It will be proved whether that children are really smart or not, and for sure save more time.
3.      If it possible, the UN changed to be UAS only, not as a national level, including the result of the UN, it’s not as good as it could be a reference for a student to pass the high school. Because maybe a smart child is sick or something, and loss of concentration, and his result is bad.
4.      The exams questions should not be too difficult, because it will be the benchmark of the students so that they take guidance outside of school. As it also was a waste of money, and that guidance will take the opportunity to earn money from such a guidance.
5.      Government should provide opportunities for students who don’t pass the examination subjects by allowing students to repeat the same subjects. Maybe if they don’t pass less than three subjects, they can repeat it. Don’t immediately become the benchmark of high school graduation. But if they don’t pass more than three subjects, it’s for sure they don’t graduate from the high school.

The reason are:
·         Because many cheating in the implementation of national exam so the government have to repair that system
·         The point of national exam should be compare for SNMPTN/SBMPTN
·         Safety increase the text of national exam
·         Repair the operational system of national exam like timing and completing all about that

I would not use the theory of evaluation in UN discuss because apparently overlooked in our educational system. I would use the words that are easily understood by anyone, even though elementary students.

Observed events in the world of education, then there are 4 reasons why the UN must be removed.
The reasons:
1.   Learning in 6th grade, 9 junior high schools, and 12 high school especially the 2nd half is just about the exercises with short-term goals: graduation, graduation 100%, the value of good UN, could SMP / SMA favorites. Is our children will be equipped to live in a community with only the ability to memorize material and test work on the problems. Parents, principals, department heads, district heads and governors are proud if students scored high UN and pass 100%, but how teachers and children to stress to prepare the UN.
2.  The amount of fraud committed by either an individual, a group of students, as well as the tersistem of the school, perhaps even office with a reason to pass 100%, so that schools look good, so that principals and department heads are not ashamed.
3.   Chaotic implementation of the UN. I need not discuss here, please enjoy the news.
4.  The major funding for UN projects worth making UN will continue to be implemented for the welfare of ministers, heads of agencies, the UN committee, independent of the university supervisor, is talking about, and printing partner.

Now is the right moment to remove the UN which is intended for the welfare of some unscrupulous officials and fun at the expense of students and teachers on the pretext see the quality of education in Indonesia.

My opinion on education National Examination (UN) :
I want  that National Examination be modified.
The reason :
·         Type of exam in National Examination should be modified and changed to essay not only  multiple choice.
·         If the exam only multiple choice, the students can not be declared their mind and capabillity.
·          Examination is important to evaluate the skill of students but usually students are wrong on their answer in examination because only one chance but in essay examination they can write their mind.

Bangga, melihat daftar peringkat di papan pengumuman, media cetak, televisi, atau internet—bahkan suara-suara gemuruh dari tetangga dan teman sekolah tentang keberhasilan menyelesaikan Ujian Nasional (UN) dengan hasil “memuaskan”. Ya, benar jika yang demikian adalah karakter Anda, adik Anda, sepupu atau anak Anda—Anda juga dimungkinkan untuk ikut merasa bangga (dengan berbagai bualan). Akan tetapi, bagaimana dengan mereka, para peserta UN yang was-was ketika mendengar kabar bahwa terjadi penurunan kelulusan pada tahun ini, terjadi perubahan sistem pembagian naskah soal (20 paket atau lebih)? Dan tidak dapat dipungkiri kenapa harus ada penyesalan menjadi seorang pelajar yang pada titik akhir tidak boleh menentang pencanangan keberlangsungan UN. Justru bagi para teladan pelajar, memastikan bahwa para pelajar diharuskan terus tumbuh dengan disuguhkan latihan-latihan soal pelajaran, bahan ajar yang berbasis silabus berintegrasi, atau mengabdi sebagai anak yang rajin dengan menghabiskan banyak waktu di sekolah ketimbang bersama keluarga?
Bukankah UN menciptakan suasana yang mensyaratkan para pelajar untuk bertindak akademis, sistematis dan konseptual terhadap kecerdasan mereka? Membicarakan tentang ketatnya pengawasan UN, tidak ada persamaan pentingya dengan mengupayakan kecurangan untuk mendapat bocoran soal. Seperti yang sudah umum terjadi di Indonesia, dewasanya banyak orang memanfaatkan sisi pengawasan yang ketat untuk dijadikan ladang bisnis. Kenapa bisa? Bukan, kenapa tidak bisa? UN menuntut para pelajar mengenali jati diri dan kepercayaan diri. Beberapa sekolah di Indonesia pasti menerapkan hal yang mendukung kecerdasan mental dan spiritual siswa. Hal ini, ditujukan bagi pentingnya rasa inisiatif diri siswa untuk membelenggu sifat tidak jujur. Secara sederhana, apa yang perlu dikhawatirkan oleh para pelaku jujur? Berlaku tidak jujur.
Namun, jika mengulas ulang pembahasan mengenai penting atau tidaknya UN di Indonesia dengan sudut pandang terbatas yang dimaksudkan agar tidak ada unsur pemaksaan dalam pelaksanaan UN. Melihat kacamata siswa sebagai peserta UN, pantaskah mereka menolak adanya UN? Seberapa besar kontribusi hak mereka terhadap program aspirasi Kementrian Pendidikan? Mengapa mereka dilayani dengan cara yang meraka secara mayoritas menerima tetapi terpaksa? Mungkin, pertanyaan ini sangat tepat sekali menjadi bahan penyudutan kepada Menteri Pendidikan dan jajarannya—pasca UN Tahun 2013 yang baru beberapa minggu dilaksanakan (terhitung dari 5 Juni 2013) di Indonesia. Karena, pada dasarnya media sebagai pemberi informasi secara langsung telah membawa suatu nilai yang menciptakan sudut pandang masyarakat kepada kinerja pemerintah tentang pengaturan pelaksanaan UN—yang berlangsung “ricuh” akibat kurangnya koordinir dan pengawasan dari pusat.
Semua orang bisa bayangkan, pada tahun 2011, 2012 atau pada tahun sebelumnya diketahui naskah UN mengalami kebocoran (secara halus). Apakah hal ini tidak disadari pemerintah sebagai bahan evaluasi yang memungkinkan untuk diadakan perubahan sistem? Tentu saja disadari. Tetapi, bersikeras untuk terus memperjuangkan kelahiran UN dengan melakukan ”improvisasi” besar-besaran. Tetapi, terlihat kah peran teknologi dalam hal ini? Ada, hanya sekedar media komunikasi (pasti). Tetapi, tidak kah pemerintah memahami kondisi mutu sekolah-sekolah di Indonesia, kualitas sumber daya manusia seperti guru dan siswa di seluruh sekolah di Indonesia? Diperhatikan, walaupun tidak semuanya masuk dalam statistik.
Sungguh pembahasan tentang kesalahan pemerintah dapat mewakili hak siswa di Indonesia untuk menolak UN. Dan inilah Indonesia awam. Suatu pendekatan dari pemikiran sederhana masyarakat Indonesia. Ketika diminta untuk menjawab pertanyaan “perlukah diadakan UN di Indonesia?”—tanpa kicauan mereka (Indonesia awam) menjawab, tidak perlu. Sebagian dari mereka melihat anak-anak mereka pergi meninggalkan rumah dan “membuang” banyak waktu di sekolah, tempat bimbingan belajar dan rumah teman untuk menyelesaikan soal-soal UN lawas. Inilah keprihatinan para Indonesia awam ini tentang karir anak-anak mereka di masa depan. Sedangkan, lebih dari sebagian Indonesia awam berpikir secara rasional bahwa memberikan izin kepada anak-anak untuk mengasah otak dengan cara mengurangi jam bersama keluarga adalah pilihan untuk mencerdasakan anak-anak (agar lulus UN dan menjadi bahan pembicaraan di acara arisan, pengajian).
Tidak lain, hal tersebut di atas telah tersangkut paut dengan kepentingan pribadi. Jelas kenyataanya terjadi suatu konversi perilaku anak-anak pada saat sebelum dan sesudah UN.
Bahasan ini, secara sengaja membawa pendekatan psikologi untuk meredam aksi keras peniadaan UN di Indonesia.
Ditinjau dari segi kerelatifan pendapat, UN merupakan suatu ancaman yang memaksa para pelajar untuk belajar lebih giat dan membuktikan garis ketegasan dari dalam diri para pelajar itu sendiri. Para pelajar tidak harus bersikeras menentang perubahan dalam sistem pelaksanaan UN (belum ada sampai saat ini)—setidaknya berlaku jujur dalam setiap kesempatan adalah nilai utama untuk meraih ketidakkhawatiran dalam menyambut UN. Meskipun pemerintah berlaku salah pada penerapan sistem.
Indonesia awam akan berkomentar tentang buruknya sistem pendidikan di Indonesia, dengan pandangan keawamanan mereka. Tetapi, tetap menerima adanya pelaksanaan UN. Menteri Pendidikan bertanggung jawab atas kelalaian tugas para staffnya, karena memegang wewenang mutlak. Para pengamat pendidikan melihat kelemahan sistem pendidikan di Indonesia sebagai kesempatan untuk mempelajari kembali nilai-nilai yang tertinggal dalam peraturan pemerintah. Dan para orang tua mendidik anak-anaknya untuk terus belajar dengan tidak hanya terpacu pada silabus suram itu. Yang secara otomatis dapat dipahami para pelajar sebagai target utama dalam bersekolah.
Dengan begitu, adanya kekurangan dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia—menjadikan Indonesia awam menarik kembali ucapan mengenai pemaksaan dan pencerdasan bersyarat.

I agree with the extinction of National exam for student, BUT I want it to be modified :
·       I don’t agree about the National exam percentages, it is stated that the mark of the National exam is 60% and 40% is from the School examination, I want it to be 50%, so it will be fair enough
·       I want  a re-examination held again, because earlier the re-examination was abolished due to the percentages of a graduation ( 60% National exam & 40% school examination )
·       Increase the graduation standard, but make the exam easier
·       Heightened the control when the exam held, not only form the teacher and school, but also the government
·       Decrease the exam package, so that the control will be easier to maintain
